Who we are
Our team is made up of exceptional coaches, all trained in Allie's philosophy and approach. (Translation: they've done their own work, they know the language, and they're not winging it.)
Every coach brings their own perspective, energy, and personality into the room, because a one-size-fits-all approach has never worked for anyone, ever. What stays consistent is the foundation: the same depth, the same precision, and the same care. We're a small shop on purpose. Allie has known each of these women for ten, sometimes twenty years, and every coach here is someone she trusts and would want in her own corner. That's exactly the kind of relationship you can expect to find here too.
Allie Stark
Allie is not a coach. She is a leadership advisor, facilitator, and curator, and there is almost no one else in this space doing what she does. For two decades she has helped powerful women stop succeeding at the expense of themselves. Her path moved from integrative health coaching to leadership work that found her before she went looking for it.
She holds the soulful and the strategic in the same hand, works with clairvoyant precision, and creates the conditions for women to lead from reciprocity and a regulated center rather than urgency and depletion. She goes everywhere with her clients: their business and their body, their strategy and their shadow, their ambition and their interior life. She is anti-establishment in the most practical sense, challenging broken systems on instinct and deeply uninterested in the conventional path. When women reconnect to their own wisdom and are met with both precision and depth, their lives change.
Lela Tuhtan
Lela started as a teacher, earning her Master's in English Education from Columbia. She believed she was there to teach literature and discovered she was actually learning how stories shape people. She moved into coaching, working with founders, executives, and creative leaders, and the biggest pivots in her own life were never professional. They were personal: motherhood, health challenges, and her own seasons of perfectionism, over-functioning, and the belief that if she just worked harder, everything would finally feel okay.
What she discovered on the other side is that many of us build our lives around performance rather than truth, and the deeper work is not becoming more impressive, it is becoming more integrated. In her work with clients, Lela holds the deeper inquiry, asking what the work is really trying to create and whether it remains aligned with what is actually true. She believes changing a life often begins with changing the story through which it is interpreted.
Shawn Casey
Shawn's path began with a health crisis at 14: bacterial meningitis, a week in the hospital, and a body that conventional medicine couldn't fully explain or fix. She spent high school navigating a system that dismissed her experience, eventually finding healing outside of it. She carried that into graduate school, where she met Allie, into a decade at One Medical, and into teaching graduate courses.
What came out of those years was a woman who could see clearly: the conditioning, the systems, the patterns we move through without question. Her work now is built around that same vision, a facade melting off, so the people she works with can finally see themselves too. She brings the same rigor and consistency to her clients' inner work that she once demanded from the systems that failed her.
Bronwyn Meyer
Bronwyn is a CTI-trained life coach with over a decade of experience helping people return to themselves. For just as long, she has worked as an aesthetician, building a career and a salon of her own in Cow Hollow, work that has taught her just as much about presence and care as any certification has. Her own path included leaving the religion she was raised in during her thirties and rebuilding her life from the ground up, on her own terms.
As a proud queer woman of color living in Oakland and rooted in her local community, she brings a deeply lived understanding of what it means to walk away from what no longer fits and build something true. Through humor and compassionate communication, Bronwyn will work with you to reveal and step into your highest, most powerful self, helping clients explore sexuality and relationships, navigate life transitions, examine religion and spirituality, and activate self-worth and inner confidence.
Sarah Hermanson
Sarah is a doctorally educated Nurse Practitioner and trained life coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and neurosciences. Raised in a small town in Wisconsin within a family business, she came to understand entrepreneurship and resilience early, and carried that grounding through a career in the neurosciences, where she witnessed firsthand how deeply the body holds what the mind cannot yet name. Today she continues to practice as a neurology nurse practitioner while also owning Amara Skin and Wellness, work that keeps her close to the body, to prevention, and to the long arc of how people care for themselves over a lifetime.
She masterfully blends science and soul to meet you where you are, offering tender support and accountability so you can live a courageous, values-aligned life. Sarah holds the human experience sacred, and will teach you how to do the same, drawing on this full breadth of experience to support clients through motherhood and family systems, career change, the emotions of major transitions, optimal health, and the slow undoing of burnout.
Lauren Hauser
Lauren is an ICF-credentialed executive and leadership coach with advanced training from New Ventures West, a certified Integral Coach, and an experienced facilitator with over 15 years in Learning & Development across global, mission-driven companies. At Udemy, she led initiatives spanning onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and executive development, work that taught her how to bring structure, intention, and depth to complex human dynamics at scale. Outside of her coaching practice, she mentors youth, facilitates transformational retreats, and is steadily invested in meditation, somatic practice, and intentional community.
Lauren is deeply passionate about helping you reconnect to your wholeness and build the inner authority that makes your leadership, relationships, and life feel like yours. Through warmth, precision, and a grounded, embodied presence, she works with clients navigating leadership transitions, communicating from presence rather than pressure, and reconnecting to the body as a source of wisdom.
Kajal Vekaria
Kajal has moved through more high-pressure systems than most: USAID, a startup she joined as first hire and helped grow into an Airbnb acquisition, and five years inside one of the most demanding companies in the world. She wrote her master's thesis on women and leadership and has been living the question ever since. At 40, she made a conscious decision that her job was no longer her identity, took a year, got her coaching certification, planned her wedding, and asked herself what she actually wanted to build.
What she brings to her clients is rare: a dual awareness of performance and depletion. She can see when someone's success is real and solid, and simultaneously where it is being quietly paid for by their body, their relationships, or their nervous system. She makes the invisible cost visible, clearly and without making it dramatic.
